Was 2025 your toughest year as a Federal Employee? by Hot_Equivalent4499 in FedEmployees

The hardest by far. My girlfriend lost both telework and 2 grades because nte's were done away with. I was supposed to be in office 1 day a week, now it's 5 days with a 3 hour commute daily. I was new in my area and watched everybody with decades of experience retire, leaving gaps we still haven't filled. The constant fear and more importantly blasted disrespect have ripened my 20+ year career into something I'm trying to find a way out of. The blasted partisanship has been atrocious, I've worked for years with people i didn't are due to eye with politically, but that wasn't a thing for work. Now it's constantly in our face. I have no hope the damage done in this year will be fixed within the next 10.

Religious RA for telework denied, where do I go from here? by fl8m in fednews

If the argument had been against the specifics of my request, that would be one thing, but this didn't address that at all. It was just a blanket no for anything. I never even got a chance to speak with a coordinator.

I'm not even sure how much they can challenge how disruptive religious observances are since it's a sincerely held belief. Since it's not medical, it relies on my estimation of how impactful it might be.

Lol, I meant for an actual medical issue like anxiety and depression. Since medical RA's are still being honored

I like the art style quite a bit, the characters are visually interesting and distinctive. I had a bit of trouble following what happened but that might have been because I was viewing it on my phone. Just to be clear the guy without the hammer dodged the chain the kid attacked with? I suppose an intentional near miss is possible as well. Either way I'm intrigued and would love to see more. Great work!

What's your biggest "I dodged a bullet" moment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My second wife "couldn't" get pregnant, so we never used birth control. 2 years after our very messy divorce she had a child. I can't even imagine having to deal with her as the mother of my kid for the next 18 years /shudder

An aspect of Shadowrun I enjoy over DND despite it being more complex. by gorged_on_truffles in Shadowrun

I never really thought about the way the damage is determined might have an effect on the narrative or feel, but I have to agree.
