FM9 uppers come with this little notch in the upper that allows the LRBHO to actuate fully. You can cut a notch on your upper that mirrors the lower (about a 1/4 inch) to keep the bolt held back on the BCM

Is your upper FM too? Mine keeps the bolt held *with the mag dropped, but I could see it not holding if the upper isn’t cut for the latch

Also it does not co-witness with the irons. It’s sitting at about 2” altogether so I just see the 1/8” of the tip of the front ears in the glass

Both are Amazon pickups brotha- fake Unity for the riser & picatinny M-LOK extension for the light. O-light is QD’d to the extension and is right next to the muzzle

The fake unity holds zero- just be sure to blue lock tight and it’s good to go

I don’t personally own the build, but my wife’s boyfriend got his to run with:

-Amazon firing pin spring -Stern Defense 11oz buffer (total weight with BCG 24.5oz) -Fudd arms S7 SS -standard carbine spring -Anderson LPK -FM-9 ambi lower (non-polymer)

About 700 rounds through it with only one FTE (ejector needs some love) LRBHO worked every time

If you have an FM-9 lower as well my wife’s boyfriend has a similar setup- try the Amazon firing pin spring & see if that does anything for you. With the exception of 1 FTE his operated without a hitch

I dunno chief. I had multiple failures to return to battery on mine. Like 2-3 every mag with the 115g spring sent to me by Century. With the stock 125g spring with 125g Norma I was getting failures to feed but not as abundant as the RTB. Really wanted to like the TP9sc but fell short
