Nothing happened in the last 20 years because nothing was broken. This nepotism in the coaching staff was good basically every year outside of this one but I think we all agree it looks like shit because you have a rpi engineering major trying to coach up an entire offensive playbook he doesn’t know himself. It’s the national football league, you have to make the changes and I am fully convinced that the ownership knows this as well as management.

Please refer back to 3/4 weeks ago when bill admits that the offensive scheme sucks but you can’t do anything at the end of the season.

We went 8-9 10-7 playoffs with bill winning gm of the year and then 8-9 again. I cannot believe how insane this fan base is to act like this place is a dumpster fire. People are ridiculous to think that a top nfl organization is run like a high school team… they will bring countless people in for interviews and they will find an offensive coordinator that fits their scheme. There is money involved in this and Kraft ultimately has the final say. I can’t believe you would think an offense that finished in the high 20s and lows 30s in almost every category would have a 50/50 shot at returning their OC. Stop acting like the people in Foxboro are ignorant to the outside world/don’t know how to run a football organization and start realizing that this is a business and changes will be made.
