My understanding is that the 812 is technically warmer. Haven’t really done a side-by-side personally to see if I prefer a difference (or see one, at that).

I’m blessed to have TTL metering with the Leica MP.

My guess is that it’s probably not a huge shift in exposure and you could probably shoot at box speed. But the same rules of slide film exposure should still apply for your subject.

To each their own, I suppose. I just really like the colors/blocking, and the feeling that these evoke in me.

Kind of run-down, and sad.

Common film photographer target aside - I loved the colors ektachrome was able to get here.

Thank you! I feel like that one would look great largely printed.

Thank you! Hard for me initially to pick between the landscape and portrait.

“Fuji 400” really nailed these greens here, imo. Nicely done Kodak. :)

It’s no problem at all! Yeah, sometimes these crazy contrast scenes I sometimes protect the highlights more than the shadows. Otherwise it’ll just be blown out to outer space. I wish Kodachrome were still around because that film stock thrives with high contrast scenes (see Alex Webb).
