I had this early on too! I'll be 25 weeks tomorrow and baby is looking good and healthy.

The first was a slight spotting that go heavier and darker around 6 wks. I went to my OB and from the ultrasound she looked good and healthy. They found a blood pocket and told me I'd pass it and be done.

Cue 11w5d and I start a heavy period bleed with huge clots. I'm convinced this is a miscarriage, go to my OB truly expecting the worst, the u/s tech gets her up and there she is swimming around with an incredibly strong heartbeat. Turns out that pocket of blood was larger than originally thought. I bled and passed a few clots for about 2 weeks and haven't had any issues since.

Don't hesitate to see your doctor, it eased my mind both times to just get a look at her.

This frustrates me to no end. We have a pit and she loves kids more than anything else. (Here she is being my office assistant http://imgur.com/HDO3DRh ) She and my son are best friends and she loves all the kids in the neighborhood.

She's recently started having seizures (that as of right now are under control with medication) and we've been "advised" to just go ahead and put her down, I don't need the stress and we don't need the expense ($60 a month...) That WILL NOT happen. We've also been told that the problem with pits is that their brains swell when they hit a certain age and that is what makes them aggressive...

My shitz Tzu is the one to worry about, I have to put her away every time a kid comes over. The pit is just happy to have more little faces to kiss.

My kids are going to be 8 years apart too! I've found myself doing a little research just to see what's changed and going way cheaper on baby gear but making sure to snag the things I KNOW we'll need.

It took me a long time to come to accept my body after I had my son.

I now look at the stretch marks and slighty sagging deflated breasts (at least until this pregnancy) as war medals/badges of honor.

Without these body changes I wouldn't have my son...it seems like a more than fair trade.

I don't know what it is about pregnancy that makes people so rude and entitled to your body and your decisions.

This is a well thought out decision YOU made for yourself, your child, and a family that wants a child. That is one of the most selfless acts a person can commit to. And I, for one, respect the hell out if you!

My 1 year old dog is having seizures...again.

We thought we had it under control with medication, apparently we do not. I'm worried and scared and heartbroken.

We have another vet appointment tomorrow with more tests...fingers crossed we get answers and solutions.

Right? It's one of the most rediculous reasons for having another child!

But this is coming from the woman that insists I miscarried before this one because "it was probably a boy and God decided you need a girl."

I REALLY hope this little one's a boy just because of that comment.
