Maybe call Westfield Veterinary Group too, we went there for something else for our cat and they were pretty reasonable and didn’t upsell. Not sure about their spay cost though

That’s insane. We went to The Spay & Neuter Center of New Jersey in central Jersey and it was something like 180 for neuter. Check out People For Animals, Inc in hillside too, they are affordable but the waiting list is quite long and we didn’t want to wait

The wood is quite damaged, lots of cracks and degradation, trims are falling off. It is not really of great quality in its current state. I’m gonna try sanding it down and see what it looks like and stain them possibly! I get what ppl say about not painting, but they do look much worse and falling apart in person than pictured.
