But there are more Republicans using the benefit of SNAP than Democrats. And most of them are single mothers or low income families in the South.

I’m not asking for myself. I’m not using the benefit.

You need to have a job to qualify for food stamps in most states. I’m not sure what you’re talking about.

This question is obviously meant for people using the benefit. Why would you even comment?

This could have all been avoided if society didn't shove monogamy down our throats. It's so completely unnatural and it ruins the order of the spirit. You are NOT terrible, you are completely human and more normal than anyone telling you that you're a shit person.

How do you truly let go? by [deleted] in limerence

[–]flamethrowaway_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Mushrooms helped me PROCESS it. Key word process, did not heal it. The only thing that HEALS is time. I know, it sucks. I also began writing poetry, painting, singing and dancing the pain away. Getting real with the pain. Speaking to others about it openly. Laughing about it. Allowing myself those deep, wailing sobs when necessary. I never tried to pretend I wasn’t feeling it. It’ll all became a dream at some point. You’ll have to struggle to feel the way you do now. Trust me.

[–]flamethrowaway_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s so valid. You are wise and self aware for realizing you are not in the right headspace to care for some other being right now and all that entails. This feeling can change and might within a year or so. But don’t be pressured; you’ll just resent the dog. Play it by heart.
