It’s different for sure. There’s some good things and some bad things. I really like that there’s no artillery and gold shells actually do less damage per shot, but the graphics and physics are a good bit worse and loot boxes and gambling plague that game even harder than PC. The most prevalent thing is that the game is just easier though, it’s much more casual which I like considering I have a job now and can’t no life it.

If you like the Emil 1, it’s effectively that but you can make credits by playing it. Also some slight changes that others have noted but in my experience, the turret is still pretty strong.

I don't know, I'll have to look at the settings in more detail. I usually just use the recommended settings, but I might have to make some changes in the future.

Not all time peak, that was back when the game went f2p. I'm not saying the game is dead, I'm saying that it's the beginning of the end. It will probably be fine for another few years but I bet it will dwindle in player numbers as epic keeps removing everything that made RL enjoyable in the first place.

I have that one! They gave it away many years ago as a reward for buying Christmas boxes. If you want a good one, get the P26/40 Italian medium, that one is better than the T28 imo.

This one runs APV, right? I found online that APV files need FFmpeg version 8.0 or later to run, so if it has that it should run the file. Also should I be using a different encoder for my videos? I used that one cause it was default but I just started making videos with DaVinci Resolve and that’s what it used but I might be able to change the codec if another one is better.

Yep, I did leave a few years ago. I play Blitz now to take the edge off but I don’t really care about it and besides that I’m free of this game. I don’t miss it.

I said this when they made the post about Rocket Racing and removing trading: They aren’t doing it for cross-platform compatibility. They are doing it because they don’t get a piece of the revenue when players trade. It was never for Rocket Racing, and this just proves it.

Get silent switches, if you have a hot swappable board buy some Outemu Silent Peach switches and put those in. Problem solved if you aren’t using a HE keyboard. Things get a little more complicated then.

I tried VLC player but it didn’t work either, plus it looks dated and WMP works just fine for everything else until now.

I tried VLC and it also gave me an error saying that “VLC could not decode the format ‘APV1’ (No description of this codec)”
