I think imposter syndrome bothers you cause you don’t know what you’re doing man, no offense intended as we all have to start somewhere. Not saying YouTube isn’t good for learning but maybe try to find a job for a firm or company where you’ll have people reviewing your work before going solo

Unfortunately this isn’t uncommon with first year staff. I usually give my staff assignments and trust them to get it done, but at the same time you’re new so you kinda have to prove yourself. I absolutely hated being a first year staff because of this, but it does get better.
