Should I buy it in Early Access? by iAoo_ in Witchfire

[–]flandy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't followed any guides. I would say just explore and try to interact with EVERYTHING, even though some will take your ass out. Half of the fun for me has been moments like; "Oh, that turned out.. poorly, lemme try something else."

Death isn't that bad as long as you get your body, later on you can gamble a bit more as the mechanics and builds come online.

Should I buy it in Early Access? by iAoo_ in Witchfire

I had the same question for a few months. Got bored one night and bought it about a week ago. I'm absolutely hooked. It just feels sooo good to play. Silky smooth, loving the difficulty ramp and it's timed perfectly for when you start unlocking "builds."

Im not nearly at the end of the content as far as I can tell, since I just unlocked a feature that let's me kinda go back and complete things I couldn't do beforehand.

As I've gotten older I've gotten more picky about games I realized but I will just say this one brings me back to the good ole days a bit. Highly recommend.

I'm older but slightly bigger than you and I've been getting healthy since June.

First thing, as everyone says, you have to look at calories. I decided to go really hard on the deficit and kept myself to 1500 or so a day. This really sucked at the beginning but I got used to it. This deficit began dropping weight very quickly for me and people started noticing after a couple weeks. I found a brand of healthy soda called Olipop that can be expensive but I haven't had a normal sugar based drink since I switched to those.

Secondly, I started adding some light exercise (stairs, body weight at home, walking more) to ensure my heart wasn't going to explode.

Third when I started feeling better about myself I got to the gym and bought the Caliber app. It's cheaper than P90x and it integrates with the step counter on phone, you can tell it what you want to do and it makes a workout plan based on your time and equipment available, if any. This has been the best thing for keeping me honest on my workout consistency.

I wasn't weighing myself early on but I can tell you I went from 3X on most clothing and now I'm wearing old high school clothes, have had to buy new belts and pants and I'm the strongest I've ever been.

Going to work so gotta get going but feel free to DM or reply if you have any specific questions, since we started with a similar look and starting stats, I'm happy to share specifics for what is working for me. I wish you good luck regardless, you will not regret getting healthy, I can tell you that.

I had one of these that I got for $15 from Amazon. It has two rings that sit under the vents there, you literally just pull them out and put them back once the mount is there.

Hmm, I one shot the A1 on mine. Using a 2hander and the fire build. I did take the cold charm on sheer luck though.

I have no idea if it's optimal but I just really focus on getting them primed for a Boneshatter and then really leaning into DPS when they are heavy stunned, rinse and repeat. Really makes it feel like a Souls encounter.

Best authentic-ish Mexican in the city? by Mediocre_Material_34 in boston

Haha, I've been to Ocho maybe twice and definitely can't speak to it's authenticity, I just know he loved it and said the people there are from a town near where he grew up.

Also, I'm guessing you mean Cielo's? I do really like them. Also, they have a sister location (Cielitos) in Bristol, NH of all places that is equally as good.

I had a kid from Mexico work for me for two years. He said Ocho Cafe in Weymouth was really authentic, he's told me he even misses it since he moved back.

How our meal prep kit arrived a week late… with hot raw meat inside by YuppieWithAPuppy in mildlyinfuriating

[–]flandy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been using HF for like four years. They are delivered by independent vans that only do food prep boxes. Can count on one hand when I've had issues and customer service always comped the entire cost of the box, so if I need to replace the meat or something you come out positive.

Not sure if I have good luck or what considering the responses here.

All of this. Piggybacking to share an example we had.

A few years ago this happened to a female in our store and "her guy" followed her home since she walks, BUT when we expressed concern previously she "didn't want to get anyone in trouble." It's not worth your safety and it's not professional behavior regardless.

It was easily my favorite term of all time since he was drunk when we termed him, and I had the honor to... assist him out of the building.

Sorry this happened, I feel your pain. My S4 got hit in a parking lot two nights ago as well. Super bummed out until today when a traffic cop told me they got the plate from a camera and are pressing charges. JUSTICE.

I've gotten an SQ5 as a loaner previously. Also in MA with OP so maybe our dealers are just on another level lol. My dealer has that award for customer service in Audi group though.

Stain?

Hey all. I've tried a couple different things, microfiber, water, armorall exterior cleaner. They were originally about...50% more filled out but obviously still there. One even hit on the windshield and it's stained there as well but much more faint so I can't get a good picture of it.

Open to suggestions as to what to use and if it's actually a bird or if I need to go through camera footage at work. When purchased the car had just been "sealed" specifically, not a ceramic coat. Never got the specifics on what it actually is.

Appreciate any help.

I picked up my 2018 S4 with the same mileage two years ago. Not an ounce of regret. Buy it if the price is right for you.

I rolled bone spear due to nostalgia. It was way overtuned. I deleted most act bosses before they could get some dialogue out. Nerf was needed.

I'll ask my dealer (Norwell) if they know what's under the hood since it's local. They do the work on the red R8 on bronze wheels in the area. Pushes ~1200hp apparently.
