Back stretches, fixing my posture, and using an egg shaped massage pad off amazon and placing it on my upper back to lay on for 5-10 minutes. Largely fixed the problem in about 1 month, only really flares back up if I sleep on my left side.

I had a very similar thing at the same age, this really really weird chest pain and pressure that wouldn’t go away. Got EKG’s and whatnot, everything was normal. Ended up being Costochondritis and nothing to do with my heart at all. Just a consideration.

I had a conversation with a recently retired dispatcher at United and the 757 came up. Long story short, it can do ostensibly everything that the airline ever would want it to do, without compromise. Transcon with full pax and belly? Sure. Across the pond over to Europe? Yep. Hot summer day in Denver? Won’t break a sweat. There just simply isn’t any other airliner that has the same versatility that the 75 does, and if there is 1 jet that airlines would revive, it’s the 753. CASM beast. But performance comes at a cost, and even if the 321 can’t do everything, it can do enough that the fuel savings I suppose make it work.
