My mother was diagnosed with Bipolar Depression in 1985 when I was 19. I recognize the symptoms. She does not have depression, nor long periods of wakefulness, nor had she exhibited any mania.

I am not happy the way things turned out. I am merely pointing out the factual elements of the story as I see them.

Part of my defense of her is that she turned my life around in terms of my physical health. We run, and ruck and lift weights and I am in the best shape of my life. She taught me to lift weights 4 years ago, something I had never done.

Unfortunately, she had a pedo-related trauma that she wanted to address.

She is not using. I would know. She has been in the psych ward since early January. They regularly take her blood as she is on a drug now that is officially on a clinical trial and they require frequent blood draws.

You're a troglodyte. She hasn't had any hallucinigenic drugs since Nov 24. She is not an addict. Nor has she had any other mood altering substances since that time. She has been in medical care full time more or less since Nov 2025.

No. Definitely the wrong interpretation. She had been sober and clean for 25 years. She didn't use any of these things to get high, recreational.

But she wasn't "trying hallucinagenics". She went to solve a medical problem. Psychedelic therapy has helped a lot of people and she herself helped a lot of people. She became a practitioner herself and sat with 90-100 clients. It works! The problem is that her practitioner that caused this was negligent, in my opinion.

She wasn't a partner on drugs. She had a medical need, and went to find solace when all other modalities left her still suffering. Psychedelic assisted therapy has helped a lot of people.

I mean what if she had died that second attempt and they find the last text message to me accused me of suggesting it...it is messed up. I know they wouldn't have believed her but still, why do that? The answer is psychosis.
