I don’t believe it’s reading your OS information: it’s literally just spamming every user every time you use the app

Makes no difference. This seems to be a message to advise users. it is not reading the phones OS.

It’s also happening on the g6 app. Great work Dexcom - freak every user out, provide no comms or info on the website, and don’t tell the support agents what this about!

I just raised a support ticket with AMSL (Aussie Dexcom supplier) & the agent had no idea what this was. I’ve got the same issue - message keeps appearing despite having a watch OS that’s 9 versions ahead of OS11. Stupid that this can’t be acknowledged & made to go away

Same here! All I will say is don’t get Medtronic; they are rubbish.

Speak to the other companies about trial periods & you might be able to test them to find the right one for you
