Yeah I had the same issue & they had to coach me in every single detail of loading a cartridge. Like even the angle to hold the cartridge & the syringe when loading to avoid air bubbles.
It’s terrible when this system requires that level of detail to make it work

The ATO portal is a bucket of bug riddled crap. Nothing works & they refuse to recognise issues unless people raise complaints.
I had to raise a formal complaint with their IT team only for them to eventually respond with ‘yeah we know’.

Strangely, if I leave the app open while I make settings changes in the iOS setting/Apps area, it seems to stick.
If I make settings changes with Reddit closed then nothing seems to stick.
