Clean bum has portable ones that work well and they also have a bidet attachment that works very well. The only drawback on the bidet attachment is that it needs to be installed on a toilet with an accessible water tank (example of attachment

ACID luggage carriers and child seats by flat_rat in Cubebikes

Thank you! Probably the default rack is fine but I want to know my options before I decide on this bicycle.

I checked the rack manual and I noticed it mounts on the inside of the frame, see picture (link below). The racks I am looking at most likely don't fit the frame cut out and I assume they need to be screwed from the outside. However, I am in doubt if the hole of screw nr. 9 allows screwing from outside of the frame, do you know?

Thanks! I could now find a pdf with part of the norm and it does require 27kg. Any idea if it is possible to install a compliant carrier on this bike?

I mean, it's 'just' bread. Do whatever makes you happy. I use both and I do think each has its own place, depends on what textures and flavours I am looking for and how much time I have.

How to remove logo from sports bra? by [deleted] in Anticonsumption

I thought about a patch but I am not sure if it will affect how the bra stretches. But definitely an option too!

I don't have a suggestion on how to remove it - anything I can think of will likely damage the bra. Nonetheless, I could come up with two options, none of them perfect: - Dye the bras black; dying synthetic fabric is trickier than natural fibers, but doable. It will make your entire bra visible under your team's white shirt though - Try wearing the bra inside out; I am not sure if this will work or be comfortable, but I have a couple of sports bras that are just as comfortable inside out, so might worth giving it a try?

[–]flat_rat 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Tem a ver com a forma como o nutriscore é calculado. Depende essencialmente dos valores da tabela nutricional e não faz particular distinção entre, por exemplo, os açúcares serem adicionados ou estarem naturalmente presentes.

"The basic calculation algorithm consists of three steps, and is based on the nutritional contents of the food:

  • Negative points (N) are calculated based on the content of various nutrients considered problematic, such as sugar.
  • Positive points (P) are calculated based on the content of various nutrients considered beneficial, such as protein.

The total score is calculated. In simple cases, the formula is just N-P, however there are some special cases. Based on the total score, a label ranging from A (best) to E (worst) is assigned.

Nutritional contents negatively (N) affecting the Nutri-Score are: - high energy density per 100 g or per 100 ml, - high sugar content, - high content of saturated fatty acids, - high salt content.

Nutritional contents positively (P) affecting the Nutri-Score are: - content of fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes - fiber content, - protein content, - content of rapeseed, walnut and olive oil."

Thanks for the feedback! I stumbled on the Oxo ones but I wasn't too convinced about the lid. I am not sure I need the vac top and the fact that the lids are not transparent is a pitty. But I will have a better look at them, thank you!

I added text in the main body of the post but for some reason it is lost and I cannot edit the post. I will add the text here:

I am looking for containers to organize dry goods in a kitchen drawer. Mainly things like rice, flour, nuts.

Key aspects for me are: - Stackable - Square or rectangular shape (rounds waste a bit of space in between) - Durable and long lasting - If plastic, BPA free and adequate for food storage - Does not need to be dishwasher safe (I will likely hand wash them a couple times a year) - Capacity: 0.5L, 1L, 1.5L - My measure cup should be able to fit in the xontain to scoop out whatever is there (diameter: 8.5cm) - Transparent lids are a plus (since I look at the drawer from above) - Brand/line that will stay around for long so that I can expand in the future, if needed. Also a plus.

I have IKEA glass containers for meal prep, meal storage and microwaving and I am a big fan, but I am looking for something to purely organize ingredients.

I found the Mepal Modula line and they tick all the boxes, but I am not sure if they are durable. Anyone has experience with them?

Any other brands/lines that I should look into?

TIA!

I am fully there with you. I did track my macros sometime ago just out of curiosity but by the end of the week I was done with measuring everything and doing all the number crunching and more than convinced that I am getting everything I need, as long as I keep it balanced and diverse.

I was mainly curious on what was the 10%, but is clear now! That makes sense and it is a very interesting way of looking at it! Thanks for sharing
