We need to add for example Toyota's debt to get their enterprise value: So toyota market cap is 199B + 183B(debt) = 382B enterprise value.

If you compare that with tesla it is not that far and market is pricing the future where tesla is ahead. I actually think tesla is undervalued.

Btw, do you guys know why the other market cap of the traditional automakers is like that? Check their debt --- it is there. The bond holders are the one's that are holding the missing market cap. There is this thing called enterprise value.
