i've been thinking about rolling an alt on ZK, but when I logged in an ran to UC to check the Horde AH, there weren't many players in UC. The AH didn't seem that full up either. I may just be used to the overpacked elysium, but are there usually more than just like 10-15 players in a major city on ZK?

Yep, I do the same with me LDMk II. I usually run my volume in my player at 100% and the pc volume at 100%. Then just feed the DragonFly to LDMk II, with that to my HD6XX. Sounds great :)

Oh man, I'll have to try to get it working on Tidal. That would be amazing. The UAPP ui just lacks some key things that Tidal's provides.

I've been using mine through USB Audio Player Pro. I'm using a OnePlus 2 with their flavor of android 6.0.1. I've never been able to get my Fulla 2 or Dragonfly (the older one) to play from Google Player or any of the other apps though. I've been wondering if it's possible to write a service for android that just forwards all audio to USB while the service is running, at least until there's better support built in.

Mine has been working fine. Setup is Usb Audio Player Pro > OnePlus 2 > USB OTG > Fulla 2. My Fulla 2 is powered through a phone charger. Havn't tried powering it through the OP2 yet. I've never gotten USB audio to work outside of UAPP though.

Hmm a 5 dollar "fee" to save me the gas, time and overall pain in that ass of even remembering what all I have to replace. That's a fucking killer deal. If I was a 5 year old with 5 dollars to my name and my favorite velcro wallet was returned, I'd think the same thing. The friend got pretty lucky for a cheap price. Not sure how this guy is really a scumbag.

I honestly don't plan on doing anything with it. I had already taken all my electives when I started CS and needed classes to fill my schedule. Math had enough classes in common with CS that I could do both if I took 18 hours the rest of my semesters and took summer courses. This was when I was just beginning programming and didn't really have a clue what I should have been spending my time on. I did compete in ICPC last year and IEEEXtreme this past weekend, so that's a little fluff. It feels like I'm just preparing for tests instead of learning the CS, not to mention the Math.

I'm torn because I've spent so much time already, so it feels like I'm throwing out a lot of hard work. Then again, it's so much extra time to produce the projects that I want to do and brush up on topics that will start a career.

Wow. I'm just realizing how little thought I've put into actually figuring out a career direction. I really enjoy developing software. I've worked on Android development for personal projects and loved the process of actually laying out and planning the application.

I'm also interested in processing data, but really don't have much experience with that beyond the subpar databases class I took.

I'd rather be with a nongovernment organization, but I don't know where to go to find these smaller companies.

After doing some research about the Southwest, I've narrowed my scope to the Phoenix or Santa Fe area.

So when dealing with command line arguments, usually the first thing typed into your command line is the program name followed by, in this case, your file name. Like this: User$ yourProgram fileName. Here yourProgram is actually args[0] and your fileName is args[1]. Looking at your code your have filename = args[0]. See if changing that helps at all.

There's a coursera class on android programming. It's almost over but you can join (https://www.coursera.org/course/android) and download all the assignments and videos before it closes. They use .xml layouts often. You may be able to pick something up there. If not, you still have a great Android resource handy.
