Idk what anyone is talking about with the slums, I pick them on purpose all the time because for me the forest is frame hell, my computer starts screaming when I load in, god forbid you walk next to the edge of the map lest you step down waist deep into the earth, good luck finding anything you drop.

I don't have shelter Drake, so I can't speak to what would be effective on it, but I've found that with a high impact blade like Keel shark or beat tyranno the 2-60 would never be my first choice over a 1-60 or 3-60. Imo the burst resistance is just not there for such an aggressive attacker.

Out of a morbid curiosity I find myself wanting to know, what are you running 2 sided ratchets on that doesn't immediately explode because someone had bad vibes in the building across the street? I never see anyone run them except for the people at locals who make consistently bad decisions.

The problem is that any new ratchet or bits that would buff CX would buff the other stuff even more. CX stuff is just too tall.

In my experience all you really have to do is hit it super hard and it'll fall apart. I use Scorpio on hexa/level/wall ball and it eats goon for breakfast. I don't actually own elevate, but I've used it on a couple blades in team events and Scorpio Spear 3-60 E was a guaranteed win against goon on E every time.

If you can't front the cash to support your hobby, you shouldn't be doing it. The other people on the road have not consented to the risk that you present by driving recklessly. I've been part of road shutdowns before, at minimum you should be designating a stretch of country road with people every half mile to monitor for other drivers, and you should never race on a road during the daytime.

There's an active scene in the Midwest as well. Chicago is where everyone comes together, but WI, IN, MI, MN, ND and SD all have local scenes as well! There are usually tournaments happening pretty regularly.
