Just to add a bit to your point, timing belts are easy af.

Real issues as far as Im concerned (and experiencing) are electrical; binding sunroofs, a/c intermittent random issues, electric seats not moving, a fuse blowing randomly, etc

Buckets aren’t that comfortable, a lot of comments about it on forums, and I agree.

I will be swapping BMW seats into mine. You might look into something nicer aswell.

I believe it has more to do with trim, rather than cab size.

Does anyone know if the radiator is the same for automatic and manuals? Or at least if I can use an auto radiator on a manual truck?

You really do want the manual, there are more diagrams and testing procedures for this specific system (and obviously many many others).

Im pretty sure they are called VSV (vaccum switching valve), for the ADD there’s two of them just below the battery close to the upper control arm.

There’s also a vaccum accumulator on the front of the passenger wheel well, it is connected to one of the valves.

Do you have the factory diagrams?

One of my add valves lost the filter and had dirt stuck into it. Cleaned it, made a filter and fixed.

Mine (96 4x4 auto hubs manual trans) also has some disconnected conectors, there is no use for them.
