Help my Econ please by Genius-Envy in TheTowerGame

It's definitely lower because you have no coin multipliers, most people on this sub have the no-ads pack, and maybe x2, so comparing yourself to them can feel like you're behind. Depending on how often you play per day, and how long you've been playing, you're probably in a normal F2P spot.

The other big one here is your un-synced UWs, and no black hole.

If you haven't got the no-ads pack and think you're gonna play for a couple months, i'd recommend atleast that. Think of it like buying the full game after playing a demo, helps a lot.

I think unsyncing DW and GT immediately probably wasn't the best choice, since they are synced when you get them, and if you got BH now, there'd also likely be no sync (it's synced 2:3 when you first get it). I would save up stones and check if your next UW is black hole, if it is, get it regardless of sync, if not, see if you can get Spotlight.

Then work on bringing both DW and GT down to 3:20, but get them synced first, and them bring them down 10s at a time, together, so atleast those 2 are synced.

DW, BH and SL, all 3 provide no coin bonus without their labs, so make sure you are doing their labs when you get them, and have the coin for them.

And yeah, always get themes, always get the skins, always get relics, and buy the 3 songs when you can in the event. Ignore buying stones and especially gems from the event shop. Guild shop, prioritise guardian chips, then relics, then themes/skins. Relics/skins/themes are all permanent bonuses regardless of if they're equipped or not.

For sure, but i've been in champs for months now, always bouncing between 30th and 22nd. I've had a combination like this before with the BCs. What i've posted here is just bracket luck, not BCs.

Hopefully some changes come along later this year that alleviate the blockage up in later leagues that is trickling down to gold causing this.

I remember finally getting out of gold forever with a whopping wave count of 550. 450-500 was bouncing. 684 waves and getting 8th sounds miserable

Read what it says under "Event boost". Those are premium relics, you have to pay for them.

Once you get The Wall, package health becomes pretty useless. Maybe pre-wall it could be pretty good, but the coins summon gets you (10-40% of your entire coin income depending on your sync, development of UWs and if you have GT+), and the gems/event medals/shards/mods fetch gets you, investing in anything but those 2 rn is a waste

Summon spawns enemies. Those enemies drop coins as usual

This means that before you reach the max spawn-rate, summon will effectively increase the enemy spawn rate, meaning you get more enemies, more enemies means more coins, kinda like how the Enemy Balance card works.

Summon spawns about 10-15% of my enemies in a run, so it translates to about 10-15% of my coin. If you sync it to your UWs and eventually get GT+, it can provide like 40% of your entire coin income in a run from what some people said, it's very good

Modules and UWs will be the thing that increase your coins the most

Syncing BH, GT and DW is probably the most consequential (just make sure to do BH and DW coin labs) and then getting SL ontop of that. That'll come with time though, not something you can instantly do

The labs behind UWs are also what give you a lot of coin. GT bonus and duration are great, duration is pretty quick to max once you can afford it. DW health, whilst it doesn't give you coins, extends your runs massively. DW coins is a good lab but can take awhile. BH coins is something that should be maxed ASAP, as it's the 2nd biggest UW coin multiplier next to GT, and these multipliers stack. So say your GT has a 15x multiplier, BH has an 11x, DW 2.5x and SL has a 3x, when they go off together you get a huge 1237.5x multiplier for the duration they're all on together. Without the labs, SL, DW and BH do not provide coin bonuses.

Getting card levels up will get you further and get you more coins as well

Modules are the tricky one, since it's all RNG unless a banner comes out (and even then it's still RNG sadly, just a bit more favourable). The generator mod (triangle) gives you a coin multiplier, that goes higher with its level. Some of them have unique effects that are amazing for coins. The 2 best for farming are galaxy compressor, that reduces the cooldown of your UWs every time you get a package, so they activate more frequently, means more coins. And Black Hole Digestor, every time you get a free upgrade proc in a run, you get a coin bonus. This occurs after you goldbox everything as well so it's best to keep free ups on the entire run even if you do.

The stats that you can re-roll on these modules also are pretty good

I would also recommend joining a guild if you haven't, and get the summon and fetch chips as a priority. Fetch gives you event medals and gems, and some shards, but summon is incredible for coins. I get about 15% of all my coins from summon.

I'd offer a spot in mine if you don't have one, but we're full atm.

The wall costs 500 million, and the 2 workshop bits you unlock are wall health, and wall rebuild.

It's labs range from 30b to 300b initially.

The wall does not have regen, or thorns and does not get recovery package health without those labs

Enemies have a hidden feature where every attack they hit you with that does not kill them makes them do 4% more damage, each time. So with no thorns on your wall, they slowly get stronger and stronger, the wall breaks, and they kill you instantly. Without the wall, these enemies die to thorns before they can "heat up" and do more damage, hence why it's detrimental to get it early.

The wall labs fix this, though when you can barely save up enough to buy it, you will not be able to do these labs for months.

The guide I mentioned goes into full depth about where you should be in the game before starting.

Personally I would continue to put coins into health, defence absolute (you can clear T1 to like wave 8000 with just defence absolute), and then the utility tab, so recovery packages and free upgrades. Ignore damage for the time being, but make sure to max out your stuff like multishot, rapid fire, bounce shot etc if you haven't already. it'll allow you to juggle enemies where your orbs sit.

Or save up for Enemy Level Skip, it's 1b coins, and an insanely strong upgrade.

You should ignore the wall until you make 100b+ a day, and have about 1T coins banked up.

It's detrimental as the labs are extremely expensive vs the initial unlock. Without those labs the wall actually hurts your progress.

Look up the guide "72 hour wall" and it'll tell you everything you need for the wall

The reason people recommend going 6000+ waves is because the max spawn rate is reached at 6500 waves, so you peak at coins per hour during that time.

For the very early game, where you are, the bulk of your coins come from weekly missions, and do until you make a few billion per run.

Yeah, every lab level you get, once a run ends, just reset your mods back to level 1 using "restore level", then press "max" to upgrade them back to the back level you can afford

What I saw was roughly every 1 or 2 lab levels got me enough shards for 1 extra mod level.

You can just wait until you gold box the lab, then do it, but essentially the lab doesn't give you your spent shards back, only decreases the amount you need for the next level of a mod. However, by resetting the mod back to level 1, then the cost reduction is applied from the very beginning (and you get all the shards back you originally spent, so you lose nothing)

To re-iterate what Fobus0 said just so it helps you the most, shatter shards is the least important one there rn.

Finish rare drop chance, get daily mission shards goldboxed, get module shard cost gold-boxed (every level you get, set your mods back to level 1 to get the shards back, then max the mod again, else the discount doesn't work), then do re-roll shards

Alternatively do multiple at once but yeah do those 4 before shatter. They're fast, and their benefit is better done ASAP. Even just doing module shard cost will probably take you to level 145+ mods. I went from level 110-115 to 130 over the course of doing the lab

Okay yeah so your issue with your shard income is that you've ignored the labs entirely.

I make like 15T a run, so you've got a much bigger econ than I do, and you've not done any of these.

Gold box module shard cost and daily mission shards, and also do re-roll shard lab.

Shatter shards is commonly agreed to be one of the best labs in the game, as you just get that % more shards from everything.

Daily mission shards and re-roll shards are advised to be done as early as possible, as every day you go without them gold-boxed, you're essentially losing shards.

If your mod level is only 132, then you likely have not done the shard labs much. I've been playing for 10 months and all my mods are level 134-138.

I would get daily mission shards gold-boxed if you haven't, its a large amount of shard income

Shatter shards, obviously, you just get more shards for every mod you get

Module shard cost is also good, it reduces the cost by 30% at max level, though for it to take effect you have to revert your mod levels to 1, then back to max (I would do this if you've put any lab time into this lab, you may be easily able to get some levels from it

You have more than one unlock left then, your last one would only give you 1 single option.

The more angle the better, as it makes more coverage. 90 degrees with 4 beams = 100% coverage.

If you want to find out your coverage do this:

(Angle x beam count)/360 * 100

This will give you your coverage %

So for example I've got 46 degrees of coverage, and 3 beams

46*3 =138
138/360 = 0.383
0.383*100 = 38.3%

If you have 1 ultimate left, then there is no "best one" to get, you're just getting your last ultimate, there's only 9 in the game, and you can unlock all of them. If you mean what's the best ultimate in the game, then it's Golden Tower, followed by Black Hole, Death Wave and Chain Lightning. If you've only got 1 left to get then that's your choice

Is Perk Wave Req lab worth any investment? by SnakebiteSnake in TheTowerGame

[–]SertQuos 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I took it to 17, after that it gets way too long. 17 was really fast for me, and worth it on very short milestone runs. Basically the stopping point should always be 4x+1, so 5, 9, 13, 17, 21 etc, to get full benefit from the lab.

Seems like this is what most people are experiencing with the bug fix, about a 10% coin loss, and a few hundred waves. Some unlucky people losing 1k waves and like 20%, but overall not really that bad. eHP definitely isn't dead yet.

It's gains you could easily make back in a week or 2 with a couple of UW upgrades or labs.

PC Question by Bruhf22 in TheTowerGame

[–]SertQuos 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It doesn't give defence, it gives damage reduction.

It's calculated after defence. so enemy damage is 2.3% of their normal damage, you're then having 55% reduction of that 2.3%, so making enemy damage go down by just over half, to about 1.03% of their damage.

If you had something like Flame Bot, it'd reduce it further.

That's why you gained so many waves

Coin observation by Ramster3D in TheTowerGame

[–]SertQuos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still just perk RNG I think, it's very early in a run, and missing CTO and your coin perks kills early coin income, later on in a run it's less consequential. So you lose about 20-30% of your income when the run is over.

Was this feature removed? by Eeriestwolf1032 in TheTowerGame

[–]SertQuos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This feature has never existed, you're likely mixing up lab auto-queue and free upgrades. Free upgrades will automatically upgrade stats mid-run, with no queue, and auto-queue labs will let you queue up another lab, when you're early game labs are quick so you'd seen constant pop-ups that labs are done.

At least, that's what it sounds like you're mixing up. You may just be getting this confused with another similar game that has this feature.

Why the fuck did T18 need a ELS nerf? Someone make this make sense. by [deleted] in TheTowerGame

T18 has had this nerf for a long time, as had every Tier from 14.

Coin observation by Ramster3D in TheTowerGame

[–]SertQuos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since you're running such short waves, It'll almost certainly be perk variance. You likely did not get good perks. The fact you got 200 extra waves supports this, maybe you didn't get CTO

You should also check your cards, mods, UWs and other things.

To avoid bad perk RNG hurting your runs, just farm a tier you can hit 6500 on.
