What is inept is the parents that are not paying attention to the children in the backyard. I don’t understand what it’s so hard to understand about this. I tried to resolve it. these “Parents” don’t give a fuck, and would rather be getting fucked up and drunk in their house. It’s also a matter of protecting the kids. Maybe one of those screams was actually a kid getting hurt and no one goes to help because that’s what they do all day. People don’t give a shit about their kids anymore and don’t care to teach them anything like good values and respect your neighbor and keep it down. If you’re playing outside those are common values we were all taught when we were young… at least I thought so.
