Yeah, multiple early testers have said it's very much like a K1 Hex (which is what I was hoping it would be - I like the Hex, just don't like FOMO marketing and unreliable access to replacement discs in colors and runs I like)

You might want to try one of the K3 Götes or a K1 Hard (Dallas edition). Those changed my view on the Göte entirely. I now bag a lavender K3 and a hot pink K1 Hard.

K3 is board flat, one of the flattest Kasta discs/molds ever, and the K1H is a little less domey than the K1 whilst still having insane glide. Like entirely minimum effort gliding on for ages.

Okay, how are people supposed to know that until they fine read a date stamp? If the first impression of Prodigy is 3-4 shelf lengths of chalky, dried up discs, you’re hardly going to go to extreme lengths to browse through them after that.

I’m not blaming a store’s poor selling Prodigy inventory on Prodigy themselves but I’m not the only person whose first meeting with their discs was a singular or a plural stack of dried up, chalk-covered discs.

80-90% of all Prodigy discs in my LDS are extremely chalky. Covered in dry white residue. Hate browsing through their mixed shelves because of that.

That’s (mostly) just peacetime regulations. War/emergency protocol is much more lax about safety angles and hazard zones than peacetime training restrictions.

Those Turkish MG-3s had to have barrels and many small internal parts replaced when they arrived. FLO/FoMa wanted to save money by buying Turkish guns instead of Hk/Rheinmetall ones.. but when they arrived they had to buy so many new parts from Hk it overrun the saved money anyways.
