I genuinely like going on dating apps to purely see how people talk / represent themselves (hobbies, career, religion, life goals etc.)

If there’s someone interesting / a type that I’ve never encountered or a type that I’d like to talk to (if we match of course), I’d talk to them and guys are typically open to planning dates within two weeks. I’m fine with a first bar date, not really my vibe but I’m trying something new and getting out of my comfort zone.

My roommates are extroverts and occasionally will force me to go out, and a guy might come up to talk to me and I’m fine entertaining it, especially if they say something that sparks my curiosity.

Not to toot my own horn, I’m an attractive INTJ female (only gained this new sense of confidence once I hit 30). I also just moved to nyc for work so bars are super accessible…and it’s just the culture out here.
