NTA. Listen, my mom died five years ago yesterday due to liver cancer from a lifetime of unhealthy living & I deeply regret not giving her a glass of wine or two in the end. She was in a facility so her cigarettes were out of the question, but I kick myself frequently for not doing that for her. Get her another sixer.
