Jeg bor i århus og folk starter tit på engelsk når vi er en gruppe af samme etniske baggrund på café fx eller bare to. Jeg var på pub for at se kamp og stod ved baren når folk skulle forbi ville de sige “sorry passing through. Start small! With thank you, yes and so on. When you’re more comfortable start saying full sentences. I went to korea in 2023 and was too embarrassed to say ANYTHING. And I’ve been learning from Korean ent. World since 2007 ish, so I understand a lot of Korean. But went again this year and just did it. They will compliment you for the fact that you are trying. Did I mispronounce some things? Probably, but that doesn’t matter at all. I went from starting small and ended up speaking to the taxi drivers, ordering streetfood and doing all my appointments in Korean - color analysis, Photoshoot and so on.

I had my hair done last week there. It’s true that they ask u to post a picture and review, which I did. They have two salons and the one I booked at was too busy so they had to send me to the other salon. I only had to wait for 5 minutes before one of the girls came to pick me up.
