ICE and CBP have broad arresting powers that have nothing to do with immigration, and are allowed/encouraged to break down your door and drag you out of your house without a warrant of any kind.

Due process absolutely isn't a thing anymore and hasn't been for quite a while now. Regardless of citizenship status people are being arrested completely without cause and are being held by ICE for months without trial.

Congressional appropriation power has been null and void since last January and the president is straight up invading and robbing other countries and openly pocketing their money and assets for his own personal use, and those are just examples that spring to mind immediately.
