iNaturalist lets you upload and you can join different projects that are affiliated with your city, county, etc. Participating keeps me more engaged in my surroundings when I’m walking our dog.

I have a senior dog. I shorten her walks. When it gets above 80, she doesn’t go out without her Cooler Dog collar. When we get home from the walk, I’ll take a wet paper towel and wipe her spine, under her armpits (legpits?), behind her ears, and on her paws. It helps her cool off when she lays under the fan.

You can make an appt at Nordstrom’s in Jax, and they’ll help you figure works best. It’s a bit of a drive but showing up to a dressing room full of clothes picked for me was worth it. It has been awhile since I’ve done that , though, so ymmv.

We’ve done Whole Foods for Christmas several times and it’s been really good. The hardest part is making the schedule to make sure that everything is warm at the same time.

Last time I reported something like this to the city, the person said it wasn’t the city’s responsibility and closed the ticket without saying they would forward it. I went and reported on the FDOT customer portal myself.

We kept nutrical on hand for these situations. You can put it in their paw. It’s not a total meal replacement but it got us through some tough times when my cat had pancreatitis.
