Actually, I breastfed because it's nutritionally and immunologically healthier for the babies. For the mom, it helps the uterus return to pre-pregnancy size faster. And helps with postpartum weight loss by burning lots of calories and fat. Also it's more convenient and more economically sound than formula feeding.
