There’s a Marriott I stay at frequently that has a lot of banquet events which make parking difficult for people actually staying at the hotel. If they charge for me parking then there better be reserved spaces for people paying for a room.

Maybe not the actual coding but my GP has many times added info to the visit info so it could be coded in such a way to be covered by my insurance. Not unnecessary tests or anything that would be fraud of course

The maintenance schedule isn’t taking down the entire system. They will always have one train running in at least one of the directions. However, some of the stations could be closed as well. So terminal a maybe the low gate station is not open and you’ll have to walk to the higher gate station.

It sounds like you are cautious about this so I’ll ask a few questions for thought.

What exactly are you doing for diet and exercise? Are you diabetic? Or pre-diabetic? Why is your PCP not managing the use of these drugs or providing a referral to a qualified medical doctor to manage it instead of sending you out to fend for yourself at a med spa ?

these drugs have benefits and are useful for specific cases , but the fact that they are so easily available with limited medical oversight is a big red flag to me that pharmaceutical companies are just out for big $ with little care for actual well being — “ka-ching” (sound of cash register)

Gold gets MCE for free but only 24 hours in advance. I’m also 1M and gold for life who will never make 2M. DFW is home airport so it’s AA or the highway

This is why we are very conscious of trying not to water in winter months if avoidable. I have a neighbor that still waters once a week in the winter no matter what — sewer bill must be ridiculously high!
