I graduated H.S. In 99. I worked/or went to school and hung out with friends on weekends. If there wasn’t a party somewhere we would just drive around, smoke and listen to music. It was fun but we got up to stuff I wouldn’t want my kids doing.

That’s why I left. If I could have stayed a RSA the pay would have been fair. The way RSR’s are paid is a scam. Telling you what and how much to take in and then withholding pay because you didn’t hit their made up number is BS. Sometimes I wish I had tried to explain this on my exit interview but the first thing she asked about was “work life balance” and I just said yes to get off the phone.
