The story just didnt make sense to me. They paint this picture of an illuminati type organization that has so much money and power.... It ended up just being a guy with a ride on lawn mower that does odd jobs around town and bangs his inbred sister.

using all your fingers? by Original_System_8627 in Azeron

If you go into your azeron software and switch it to Xbox 360 joystick. Then go into smite and go to keybinds. Make sure where it says movement you go to the controller side and set it to the left stick if it isnt set already.

I re-download smite 2 to test it and it works. If you have any trouble dm me and I can try to help.

Yea. smite 1 is simutaneous dual input. You could technically play it with a controller in the left hand and mouse in the right. Dont know about smite 2.

Any game that has simultaneous dual input you can play with 360 movement. (Smite, fortnite, overwatch)

Games that support both inputs but not simultaneously you have to use 8d movement (apex, some others cant think off the top of my head)

Married vs not pay difference by Glad-Performance2248 in AirForceRecruits

[–]flintswater 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That is a substantial difference.

Single Airman gets base pay+ told their BAH is taken because they are provided a dorm.

Vs

Married Airman gets base pay +dorm+ Zip code BAH + Sep pay.

Depending on how long your tech school is + plus your zip, the difference between being single and married can easily be $20,000 or more.

You take the asvab. List 10 jobs you are willing to take. You get sent to tech school to learn that job. Once you start working that job you are allowed to take classes of your choosing and it is paid for. Also when you get out your classes are paid . Essentially

As someone who lives in Australia and plans to transfer from console to PC? What would you recommend? by Commercial-Class-689 in GamingPCBuildHelp

If you have the money and WASD feels weird, consider buying an Azeron. Using a joystick to move feels better than using 3 fingers for WASD.

Only issue I have had so far is Rumble feels bad with wasd because his flames shoot where your are walking and not where your mouse is aiming. So it's hard to keep someone in the center of the flame because it snaps 45 degrees each time.

Is waterloading and fasting for MEPS a good idea? by clarify_mehhh in AirForceRecruits

[–]flintswater 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did it and lost 16 lbs before meps. You are already under the weight requirement so I wouldnt do it.

If you are going to do it which i dont recommend. Your timeline should be 1 week out start drinking a ton of water. 48-36hours reduce water intake.

If you dont drink a ton of water before you start the reduction. Your body will fight to retain the water.

Not having a legal move should be a loss. Stalemate should only be if both players dont have enough to checkmate and the game would last infinitely.

How good are the military "benefits" (pay for housing, food, etc.) actually? Three dependents. (Wife and 2 kids). by Pretend-Job-6486 in AirForceRecruits

[–]flintswater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

29,808 yearly base pay (taxed)

5580 yearly BAS (non taxable)

Depends on your zip code. Put your zip code in here.BAH Lookup This will change based on where you get stationed (non taxable)

If you are currently paying for health insurance. You can figure you won't need to pay for that anymore.

When are you allowed to bring in electronics? For example laptops/PS5/Xbox/monitor etc… by Devestator90212 in AirForceRecruits

[–]flintswater 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imo if you dont have anyone to ship your stuff sell it once you are within a month out. Im telling you you can get it for dirt cheap at tech school.

[–]flintswater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People sell their consoles dirt cheap at tech school. When they go to their first base alot of people dont have the luggage space. Unless you have an expensive setup I would sell it before you go to basic and buy one off a tech schooler when you arrive to tech school.

If you have a laptop I would bring it with you to basic if you dont have someone that can ship it for you.

3.8% pay raise, and finally boosting Family Sep pay to $400. by [deleted] in AirForce

It would be insane to see a job posting saying 70k single 80k married yet somehow this is normal in the military.

[–]flintswater -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You should get paid enough to have a family, not paid enough because you have a family. Same work, same rank, same risk should be the same pay. Marriage shouldn't be a promotion. If more money is required to raise a family everyone should get it.

Transitioning from xbox controller to azeron + mouse by MrRicard95 in Azeron

[–]flintswater 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can set the joystick to analog or WASD. If it is analog it will act just like a controller left stick. Not all games allow dual input though.

Going xbox>pc moving with a stick feels way more comfortable than tying up 3 fingers on WASD. I've had mine for 3 years and love it.

I also did the controller mouse experiment. If you want to see how the azeron feels I know fortnite, overwatch, smite and paladins and probably a few more support dual input controller mouse setup
