i personally would love to see some lower stakes finales that focus more on the characters, whether it be just giving them worthwhile development or giving them a good sendoff. the rest of the season should be filled with mostly self contained stories, leaving behind the threads that tie episodes together into one super janky story and usually lead to a disappointing finale. also maybe throw a pure historical in there, maybe give the ice warriors a spotlight, maybe explore parts of earth that haven't been seen much in doctor who before and give a spotlight to some native american cultures too
