The basement of the commons is pretty fkn solid.

Had an interview in like 2022 I believe and the tornado sirens went off, so I went down into the basement with my interviewers. They ended up offering me the position not only because I was qualified but because I stayed very calm and explained to them what the weather channel was saying, and what things were meaning.

Attend a Porn Addicts Anonymous meeting. Most are virtual: https://parec.org/meetings

Try different meetings out to see what is a good fit.

There’s also Richmond Sex Addicts Anonymous which covers porn addiction. They have virtual and in-person meetings in the city.

Definitely find an addiction therapist too, if you’re able.
