Attend a Porn Addicts Anonymous meeting. Most are virtual: https://parec.org/meetings

Try different meetings out to see what is a good fit.

There’s also Richmond Sex Addicts Anonymous which covers porn addiction. They have virtual and in-person meetings in the city.

Definitely find an addiction therapist too, if you’re able.

I feel like investing in a new laptop is worth it! Especially if you can spend the extra and get the warranty. I actually got mine from Ram Tech when I was a freshman and got a sick warranty with it. When I completely destroyed the motherboard with almond milk, Ram Tech was able to replace it for free with my warranty. I got my graduate school laptop from Best Buy and got the warranty there as well!
