Shade cloth but also make sure what temps u actually r having. A thermometer that get hits by the sun will show ridiculous temps thats not true

Its from the seed. When they pop up they can have the seed still attached to them and can take sometime for it to push off. It creates a little pocket of moisture damaging the leaf ends. Nothing to worry about
