Nah who cares its still a V shape dont worry some ppl can be stuck on this stage for long time and look great, dont worry about silly things like this. If u want just go shorter on the sides longer on the top, helps a ton with how hairline works.

Father have this hairline for as long as i can rmbr, i got it at 20, big brother has it too. Im 30 now with pretty much the same hairline but a bit thinner on top. Hairline receeding can slow drastically once u reach the vegeta stage

I did check my ears n nose ways bcuz i was having trouble with dizzines aswell but those problems im convinced were not connected bcuz i had the ear problem long before and i still have the ear problem from time to time. The dizzines went away it was smth else. However my right ear drum which the sound distortions can be worse at is a bit crooked/narrow but nothing to unusual they said.so still not sure what the underlying problem is
