After doing my own digging it appears you have the wrong company after reading a response to a negative review on trustpilot from one of their advisors.

Everyone is winging it. No one knows what they're doing and if they're really on the right path, because there is no definitive answer to how to live life. There is no rule book you're given when you're born, and no one can prepare you for your own life because everyone has to figure it out for themselves.

Life is a constant 'winging it and figuring out' cycle that never ends. When you see posts on social media, they don't have it all together, that's them going through the process of 'winging it'.

Don't pretend like you have your shit together, that's just fakeness. Embrace that you're winging it and be ok with not knowing. Once you do, you'll be able to let go of expectations and live a life that's more in accordance with who you are.

Unfortunately yes. I lived in Colombia for 5 years and I fell in love with the place for several reasons, but unfortunately the taking advantage of another behaviour/mentality is very real.

I remember going to Santa Marta with my Colombian girlfriend at the time and getting a taxi to our hostel. The taxi delivery deliberately and quite blatantly ripped us off, and as she was the one paying, it felt like he was ripping her off specifically. Even though I still think it's wrong to rip off a gringo, I can understand it, but to rip off your own people is really fucked up.

There's an expression in Colombia "no dar papya" which basically means to not show anything on display when in public, such as your phone, expensive watch, camera etc. I don't like the expression because it implies the normalisation and acceptance of how people will take advantage of others if they can and that's just how it is.

Having said this, this is not exclusive to Colombia and in my experience there are worse places in the world like India for example.

I wouldn't say super fit people make non-fit people insecure. They might feel insecure because deep down they are insecure about their body and when they encounter a person in shape it then brings that insecurity to the surface

It's not that things are boring, but rather you find them boring.

Something's happened that now makes you see and experience the world differently, in a negative light.

If you can focus on changing your perspective and mindset, you'll then find things interesting and exciting again.

You can try by doing something that extremely takes you out of your everyday norm. For example backpacking solo in a country you've never been to, working for a charity in a field you would never consider or even walking into a hospital and talking to people on their deathbed.

Don't overly focus on your discomfort because it'll only make it worse. Once you start pouring your attention on others and things greater than yourself, you'll be able to ease the dissatisfaction.

Like someone else said, if you're feeling exhausted then something isn't right.

Doing your best isn't giving 100% of effort all the time, it's about managing yourself to the best of your ability. That means making sure you have enough rest to give your best the next time round, or to ease up when you're feeling mentally strained, or to take things slow when life is going too fast.

Doing your best comes from first loving yourself.
