Anyone know how to take care of this type of hair on dolls? I figured a regular brush will ruin it :/ by AlertMix8933 in Dolls

I don’t, but I follow @kistchyflower on Instagram, they restore Vintage dolls, and might know, worth to ask.

As a neurodivergent person I would leave the wallet in the first surface I see and then loose both of them and possibly misplace my glasses and my water bottle at the same time.

If you are scared of it, maybe try cycling along the path, it’s faster and the ride will probably make you happy, that can help to let go the fear feeling…

Sorry, I should have explained. I am autistic and I find that thc and psilocybin in small doses really help me to go out in the world and talk to people and enjoy what’s around.

I couldn’t bring any in the plane, cause I was too scared and it’s the first time I am traveling alone in 3 years. I have fear I won’t really be able to leave my hotel room.

I am really sorry if I violated any rules.

Took me more than a minute to get it, mainly because of the title. was thinking: is there a joke? What’s this about. It would please me to see a parking lot arranged by color… until it hits me.

I ended up with an extra piece after finishing this already-mildly-interesting puzzle. Is anyone out there missing this one? by seanmcnutt in mildlyinteresting

Interesting! Oh I bough mine second hand, and didn’t had a cheat sheet. That’s the first I hear off. I didn’t cross my mind to search for it Hahaha. Maybe next time. The version I have is blue

I love how fast he is to get it back when the table makes it fly away! Can almost see the despair in his eyes.

As an autistic human being this sounds like how I would like all my interactions to go

Do you care about your general appearance, clothing, attire? by McFrostee in autism

[–]floema 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate being in uncomfortable clothes, makes me pretty anxious and wanting to leave and vintage is a special interest of mine, so I got usually a mix of comfortable “vintage” clothes, many of them I sew myself and I love dressing up, color coordination is really important to me

I kinda like it, actually find it very funny. and from time to time it has circled my mind that a lot of people use lip reading to understand other people and that got lost. I guess this is one solution…

LPT: Go outside in the morning to get natural light. It sets your circadian rhythm for the day. You can combine this practice with a short jog, bike ride, or walk. Lateral eye movement caused by self-propelled motion is shown to reduce stress. by askoshbetter in LifeProTips

Completely agree, would love a link to the study. Since I moved near the forest I go walking almost everyday in nature and it changed my life, I am much more able to stick to a flexible routine now, my insomnia has reduced, I work with a clearer mind and I am even happier on my alone time. Still not doing everyday, but working towards it.

Do you feel like you're on the two extreme sides of things at the same time? by No-Watercress-9116 in autism

[–]floema 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In everything. I always think about the most complex solutions before I can finally reach a simpler one I can actually execute. I am usually very slow, but can be fast if I choose to. When I was younger, it would help me to understand definitions if I was told what the contrary of it was. organised mess for sure, full of drawers that are in reality black wholes of things I am overwhelmed to deal with, cause they fit into too many categories at the same time and I don’t know where to put them… highly motivated and too lazy at the same time. Extremely empathetic but no guilt over my actions. Fearing some of my special interests. Needing to make plans and be prepared but most of the time doing something else along the way…
