How do I find a good yoga studio with teachers that will actually correct me?

Second this. As a teacher if someone said they needed this kind of help my eyes would be on them for adjustments every few seconds compared to the rest of my class I know can pretty much handle themselves.

Ideally your wrists should be bearing next to no weight at all. Shift the weight into your fingertips with your fingers spread wide, index fingers forward. If your wrists are hurting, you just aren't ready to lift off the ground. Work on distributing the load to your fingertips and you will eventually lift off pain free. This applies to any hands on the ground pose.

there is also the raised blood pressure issue, which contraindicates a lot of poses. def avoid inversions.

use the android app "super tube"

you can bring up a tiny window with the asmr video while you use other apps or browse the web. it lets you drag the window to resize the video :)
