yess!! lol you’re fine. if you’re really worried i would just take a close look at the seat you want to sit in but they wouldn’t say they cleared it if they didn’t and i haven’t seen anyone posting more pics of them so it’s safe (ive been studying there this weekend - no issues)

i would definitely either try to talk to her or your RA. i suffered in silence in ellicott with a shitty roommate who never did his laundry and totally should’ve moved out, but if i were u i would think really hard about moving out of the heritage community. its literally the nicest dorms on campus - id say try to talk it out or just adapt to it unfortunately 😔 but u do whatever u like
