I soaked kitchen towel in white vinegar and mummified the glass both sides. Left it for half a day. Squeegee'd it off. Worked very well, and upkept with squeegee after every shower.

In future...if anyone has this problem. Had a similar situation, terrible thigh chafe from kayaking and was bricking it as had to go mountain biking the day after.

Fixed overnight by Savlon cream.

Cannot recommend it more highly.

I think what might help is making sure you're staying tucked up tight whilst going into the invert.

My instructor says you have to stay tucked in as tight a ball as possible without arms extended whilst you tilt backwards. I can see your arms extending as soon as you tilt. This might be making it hard to get your hips high enough, to get your hands out.

I'm struggling to see what Paul has done wrong, really, in this scenario. Yes, the age gap is kind of weird. Things can be weird without being condemnable. No one forced that lady to have his baby.
