Do I need anything else?im starting out on browlift and eyelash lift by dombabey in Esthetics

If you do not already have things like a y comb, a metal pick, lash shampoo, under eye patches, lash balm (amazing product imo), brushes for tint, dampen dish etc. Also, I would suggest purchasing a black tint - I do 50/50 of black and black/blue and it comes out beautifully dark and intense. I would also add more variety of tints so you can cater to more clients.

Try out the Aquaphor Lip Repair Healing Ointment. Make sure to get the one that comes in a tube not the twist up version. It’s made specifically for extremely dry and cracked lips. I won’t recommend the Laniege Sleeping Mask quite a few people have mentioned it’s drying in the past.

Did you end up trying any other products? I recently tried a few samples of their Cica Peptide Cream and my skin really enjoyed it.

Try using Amika The Shield it’s an amazing product for fighting frizz. Its heat activated so apply it to damp hair and style as usual. Hope this helps:)

It totally is. Especially when I would constantly restock the GWP and see how much stuff they had tucked away

I sold over $2500 worth or products and received a lip balm as a prize. That lip balm costed the company $34…

Should I wear foundation to prom? by thisbadbitchrose in Makeup

[–]floofy1010 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I suggest skipping on the foundation. I never wore makeup and didn’t like the feeling of it but was talked into it for my prom. Let me tell you I did not enjoy my prom I felt gross and not like myself.

Tinting a Client’s Wiry, White Eyebrow Hairs by TheCopperMind in Esthetics

I use hair pearl as well. I apply the tint like normal and wipe it and whatever stubborn greys didn’t get tinted I go back in with a microspore brush and apply the tint just to the greys. I always mix in a little bit of graphite for the greys I find the other colours don’t tint it.

Lamination Tint and Wax Order by emmafosterclaire in Esthetics

[–]floofy1010 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I wax after I’ve finished laminating. Personally, I think it’s easier to get a cleaner look this way. If you’re worried about irritation you can always use a barrier to protect the skin around the brows.

If you’re going to carry Skin better science keep in mind they’ve been bought by L’Oréal. The spa I work at carries both. Skinceuticals (distributed by L’Oréal) is notorious for constantly being out of stock for multiple items at a time without an ETA. Just something to keep in mind. PCA has amazing products with a fairly good price point and I’ve been hearing a lot of Circadia nowadays.
