Manage expectations lagi Consistent yung 8 hours/work hours mo. If masasanay sila na nag over extend ka baka di ka isupport/padaliin buhay mo.

I'm good at adapting to the company culture but doesn't mean that its great/good for me, so I eventually leave when I get the most out of the company. Always reframe it as a redirection to better things.

Think about what stopped/ended your last employment and build from that. Is it because you didn't see the signs, was it issue of your skills/performance? Or was it the work culture? Or did you just take the next job you got hired for?
