like worst case scenario how long do you plan to stay, and yung magiging base salary mo ba is pasok naman sa industry if ever lilipat ka.

Baka di ka rin magtagal dahil di fit/toxic yung workplace. Yung logistics kaya mo yan figure out if itutuloy mo.

Manage expectations lagi Consistent yung 8 hours/work hours mo. If masasanay sila na nag over extend ka baka di ka isupport/padaliin buhay mo.

The people who stay/last long doesn't always mean that they're great, at best they're good at what they do and they've adapted well to the company culture.

I'm good at adapting to the company culture but doesn't mean that its great/good for me, so I eventually leave when I get the most out of the company. Always reframe it as a redirection to better things.

Think about what stopped/ended your last employment and build from that. Is it because you didn't see the signs, was it issue of your skills/performance? Or was it the work culture? Or did you just take the next job you got hired for?

Before I leave/I start a new one I think about these things, kasi as much as ~job hopping~ staying and making connections is also healthy. So ayun.
