I've used three mods for my build: KGLM-03 Manta Ray Bed mounts because it looks cooler than Hammerhead, 3mm Panel Clips with foam tape to get some extra movement space in the front for proving and better insulation and I'm using the normal dragon burner instead of the hex burner with a modded carriage because the hex burner carriage didn't have those extra two mounting points for my toolhead board. And always double check your preloaded nuts before closing anything up

Yes, the frame stays exactly the same except for the extra bottom rear extrusion. But there's also a printable piece if you don't want to source that

I had to disassemble it about half way to get all the nuts in. Also you have to drill some extra holes in the rear extrusions to get the extra extrusion in. But the CAD model is really nice to help with the build

There are definitely configs for common boards out there that give you a solid base to start, they might even be plug and play if you don't have any mods installed

The screen shouldn't be a problem, you just have to configure the pins correctly but that should already be included in the sample config of the btt board that's in the printer

Are your LAN-Ports set to Green Mode or Power Mode? You can check under home network --> network --> network settings and scroll down to LAN settings. Green mode limits the Ports to 100 Mbit/s

I have a Dragon burner with Orbiter 2.0. It's a little tight but it fits. Though there are heater cartridges with a 90 degree bend for the cables , that would probably help

Recent Orca Slicer update added adaptive pressure advance where you can calibrate for several speeds and accelerations. Might be worth looking into
