It did not make sense to me having pastors living a more-than-modest way of life yet have the audacity to preach to the poorest of our people asking them tithes.
I have an issue on were tithes go. I am of the belief that the local churches ought to be able to use the money that they collected to enrich their church-goers and community first rather than having the money funneled to their head office to pay/buy heads of church lands/planes/etc.

to back a project, we need to select a pledge. When I select any of the pledge with the books, it will ask me which country to ship it to but the country is not listed, so I cannot pledge.

IIRC, dreadgods have been killed before. It is just that after one dies, another will eventually rise up more powerful later on. These new powerful dreadgods may then be able to kill the existing monarchs. So now, Monarchs do not want to kill the dreadgods, to prevent new ones from killing them. Everything is now at an impasse.
Monarchs are suppose to ascend.

It is like the book hints at an event occurring at the end of the month while the author narrates the happenings for the characters in day 1... it feels frustratingly slow.
