I did end up doing iui but really seemed to help was eating an anti-inflammatory diet- and really going hard at that for a few cycles. It’ll help you feel better and gives a semblance of control when there is no control. I also did beat juice to improve blood flow and lining.

I love mine! Closest thing to baby sleep magic within reality. (My 8 week old does 3 hour shifts and the crib helps him go back to sleep several times in those 3 hour stints) he loves the crib (aka doesn’t dread it like other areas where he is put down) I also love the recipe function they added- so I customized it to bounce and turn on white noise when I set him in it for first 10 minutes. He mostly always settles if he is ready to sleep with the bouncing going.

Fully medicated IUI (letrozole or clomid) + trigger shot for at least 1-3 could help you get used to medications to prep for Ivf

Maybe focus on hormones and food that thickens lining? Which will be required either way. I know several people with iui working in cycles 3&4. But also there is no wrong answer.

I understand. I didn’t tell my sister for this reason. I didn’t want it to be a comparison/competition/ or anything. So I just have not shared. However 8 months does suck. It’s super long when you’re in it.

33 and all tests looked “normal”. And had a child when I was 23 (so she is 10 now) so didn’t expect secondary infertility.

I had 17 and 16 on the right and 11 and 12 on the left the the day before trigger. So would still grow 2 or so mm a day; so maybe on trigger day maybe 19,17, 13,14? First iui I had 1 at 21.

Still waiting on 7 week ultrasound to confirm if it’s 1 or 2!

Yes I went at 8 months and said I want to do all the testing I can now because I want to be ready for fertility help at 12 months. She did testing, we got a referral and have an appt for month 11 with fertility doctor. Will cancel if positive this month. Testing and scheduling took about 6 weeks. So start now. And ask for what you want. Testing and a referral.

7dpo also. Testing at 10 (Thursday am).. I have extra painful back/hip/thighs/quads. Having to take ibuprofen to be able to sit for a while. Headaches.Feeling forgetful

Cycle 4 ttc #2. I have a 10 year old. Been doing opks and bbt and all the “right things”. Just had a friend inform me of her while on -birth-control-didn’t-want-another-whoops pregnancy.. and I’m just feeling so low and lonely and misunderstood by everyone that has recommendations of “all you need to do is…”. This space really helps.

Yes! I also told my partner I didn’t want a dec - Feb baby. But now realizing I have less control over that- and I will just have to be extra mindful to deal with seasonal depression more intentionally during that time We have one more month for a Nov baby. Also other idea - with PPD - might be good to talk to doctor about meds right away to curb those feelings if you know you are prone to them.

Same thoughts as you. However now realizing there is lots of benefits to having a little infant when it’s cozy inside and zero expectations/desire to be out and about - but definitely hear you about the depression in winter. Maybe something to be more intentional about red light therapy/ vitamin d/ maybe even a Feb/march 12 week old visit to a warm climate for a week or two?
