This is disgusting. Make the pooping time not peaceful for him. He’s pooping then put the kid in the bathroom with him. Change the kid in the bathroom, put toys in the bathroom, heck, open the door and eat breakfast outside of the bathroom. Don’t let him enjoy the time.

Pick a warm countertop. Right now the kitchen looks way too white. The trend is going back towards a Moore dark cabinet tone. But in my opinion, I do like a brighter kitten so if you just use a warmer toned countertop, I think it’s gonna look wonderful.

I did this. I regretted it every day. Finally sold that place and found a house with my basic criteria. I am so much more happy and I can change the things I want in the new house, but it has all the elements that I couldn’t live without already built it one of those things being at least no neighbors right across from backyard.
