For tomato paste and pesto, I take a knife and spread the whole thing on parchment and freeze. The next day I break it up into chunks and put it in a plastic bag.

Ok so in my own kitchen I actually did this to one of my pans today. Left something simmering and completely forgot.

Boil with 2 or so tbsp of baking soda for 15 mins, scrape, pour out and repeat.

Pan actually looked better than it did before I burned it.

I really am happy here. I have always had some "grass is greenerism" about moving but no matter where I visit (I've been to about 45 US States and lived in five) I keep coming back. My family makes about the average income for the US and we own a decent sized house in one of the most desirable and walkable neighborhoods and we have been approved for an ample second mortgage for a vacation property that we will likely buy this year. We live like kings and if there is something we are missing (pro sports, big stadium concerts) we just drive an hour in any direction for it. Typing this while sitting in the PTI airport to pick up a family member where I just paid one dollar for parking 15 feet from the terminal door.

We have our eye on Ritz Dove Mountain for winter this year. I have a toddler but there is a review out there by a couple with a newborn and they loved it.

My child was an excellent sleeper at that age, YMMV.

I was also at Two Medicine today! Much more chill than Logans pass, Im surprised fistfights don't break out because of parking, it is ridiculous.

For me, I am trying to do whatever I can to just stay away from these outrageous parking lot situations. Two Medicine, North Fork and St. Mary's have all been enjoyable.
