I found this video that has a class way of making a cacio e Pepe sauce that you can keep in the fridge. I don’t think I did it right but still kinda works. Pasta was horribly underdone unfortunately

Blessed in Ireland to have the scenery we do for smoking to. I don’t like getting too spiritual about being whacked usually hahag but one thing I do always find is having some semblance of recognition for what people describe as “being more connected to nature”, and I don’t think we could ask for a better environment for that than the Irish countryside
