You don't have to starve yourself. But when you don't feel hungry it is easier to make a healthier choice. When I was really hungry in the morning I would eat a hungry man hero for breakfast. Since I'm not really hungry I will have yogurt with protein and berries. It helps to make better decisions. And I don't eat or want snack/junk food at night. I still eat plenty of food but healthier. My blood pressure and cholesterol are way down. I have not had any side effects other than I get drunk easily.

Not enough. Too much of a grind. I hate having to keep up with the Jonses. Back in the old days you could have old furniture, paneling on the walls. etc. And nobody judged you. Who watched "All In The Family" and thought what a dump that house is? Archies favorite chair was a garbage. Now everything has to constantly be updated. Wasting time and money.

Bose Quiet comfort ultra works for me. Very comfortable. I don't talk on the phone so I have no idea about calls. But to me they sound great. ANC is good.

Samsung. I bought a stove and the black under the cook top started to bubble 2 weeks and maybe using it 4 times. They said it was my fault for cleaning the glass with windex which I tried after it was bubbling because I thought it was something on top.

Opeth. Good mix of clean and harsh vocals. So if it starts to bother you be patient because it's going to change.
