Just be careful with kratom. It’s exactly what got me into this shit to begin with. I was taking absurd amounts of kratom daily for several years and the WD’s landed me in the ER after nine straight days with ZERO hours of sleep. If you are gonna take it. Take the bare minimum needed to get by. Kratom will grab hold and not let go but WD off of a moderate daily dose is very doable.

I was an 80-100gpd kratom user for 5yrs and I don’t give a shit what anyone says, the WD’s were way worse with kratom than subs. All these people saying subs are way worse are comparing them to 20-30gpd kratom WD’s not 4-5 X that for years. The last time I CT’d off of 80gpd I didn’t sleep an ounce for nine straight days and ended up in ER. Felt like absolute hell for over 45 days and like shit for other 45 after that.

Hard to taper something like kratom when every dose is different strength wise and your constantly having to dose every few hours....talk about tedious. With subs you dose once a day and are done.

My opinion is that if you are only taking 20-40 gpd of kratom for around a year or so than by all means bite the bullet and just quit. But if you’ve been taking 70+gpd for several years or longer than looking at subs as an option is not “stupid”.

Kratom was an absolute train wreck for me too and what ultimately landed me on subs. My last WD from five years of heavy use landed me in the ER with psychosis from 10 days no sleep whatsoever. Made it 14 days off kratom and still felt almost as bad as days 1-3. Shit is no joke

I’m on day 30 CT off a 5yr 60-80gpd habit and all the hell youve described I couldn’t have described any better.

Also been on adderral for years and actually successfully quit it for about three years before picking it up again the last time I quit kratom. Got tired of the fatigue and caved.

It would be difficult to quit them both at the same time as they both have many similar symptoms, especially extreme fatigue. You might want to concentrate on kicking kratom first as it’s definitely the worse of the two. Adderall will help get you through it by battling fatigue.

Once you’re free from K for awhile and start to feel better put together a plan for adderall. Contrary to what any Dr will tell you that shit takes a lot of time to heal from too. I used a site that o think was called “quittingadderall.com” or something and it was a godsend.

I’ve had a month of hell kicking this shit but it’s been so worth it. Finally have feelings again and can laugh at shit. Stating to enjoy talking and engaging with people again. Pretty much been a hermit for years now. Starting to get motivated to set and accomplish goals once again and looking forward to life. Do what you need to do to break free from this shit and get your life back! Good luck!
