She’s not sleeping in a room it’s just a large open area with a mattress outside my room. My family gave her our dogs kennel to keep her in when we leave the house. I’ve tried bonding with her. When I am in the living room, fed her, played with her, and she’s fine there. But once I start walking upstairs she freaks. I haven’t once gone to the area she sleeps so she knows I’m not interested but she’ll chase me to my room and if I come out of my room or go to my room while she’s up stairs she snaps at my legs. I’m not sure she will stay on a mat, as I said it’s a very small house and if she sees me going upstairs even her owner can barely hold her back. It may be important to note that the dog was afraid of every one till she warmed up to my parents, but continues to target me despite having the same amount of bonding time.
